Casa Piscina - House with a pool in David

Positive: Buena ubicación en una barriada tranquila en la ciudad de David. Casa grande de 3 recamaras y el área de la piscina limpia y mucha privacidad para poder descansar e ir unos días con la familia para visitar esta área del país. Negative: Hay que tener cuidado con los escalones dentro de la casa en el área de la sala y el cuarto principal.

Lt me start by pointing out that I arrived a day early than expected (I messed up my dates)and Walter very quickly made arrangements to accommodate us in the property that same night!! Everything was clean and as described on the app.They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. They were very responsive to questions and help such as restaurants to go, places to visit and even gave my husband a ride to get our rental car.Uf you are renting this property please read all the information Walter is providing ahead of your trip it will help you great deal to know what to expectJust like to remind the potential costumers that this is a residential area in the suburbs of David city, there are dogs barking, cats around, someone near also have parrots pets, sometimes you will hear the fuits and vegs truck coming by with someone announcing their produce to sale..so it is kind of noisy during the day, which is normal for any Panamanian neighborhood. This place is perfect for you to go explore other touristic areas like Tierras Altas, Boquete, Beaches etc or if you are in town for business during the day..then you come back to relax in the pool or watch a movie and gi to bed. Make sure you have whatsapp to be abe to communicate there and have the link for the gps to find the property. In Panama there aren't street names or house numbered visible so is difficult findings places with gps link to locate them. Walter helped us with all this info.

Our VRBO was very spacious! The swimming pool add to our happiness as we were able to cool off before bed! The beds were perfect and I loved the electric massage chair in the living room!
